1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the AgentVisibility.ai website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. AgentVisibility.ai is a product of Dose Internet Media. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Services Description

AgentVisibility.ai provides AI visibility optimization, generative engine optimization, local market dominance, reputation management, technical infrastructure monitoring, web development, and AI chatbot development services. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• •Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• •Grant necessary access to websites, profiles, and accounts as required
• •Review and approve content before publication when applicable
• •Maintain timely communication and payment obligations

4. Payment Terms

Monthly retainer services are billed at the beginning of each service period. One-time project fees are billed according to the payment schedule outlined in the service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary tools, frameworks, workflows, and methodologies developed by AgentVisibility.ai remain our intellectual property. Content, schema, and assets created specifically for a client as part of service delivery become the client's property upon full payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

AgentVisibility.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, access to our tools and platforms will be revoked, and any outstanding fees become immediately payable.
